How do I upload inventory to Walmart in bulk?
Once you have your Walmart inventory listed in your Walmart Seller Center, account you're going to need inventory levels added. There are many ways to adjust your inventory in Seller Center. You can upload using a spreadsheet in bulk, manually update each inventory level product by product, or you can connect an inventory management "Channel Manager" to your account and sync between marketplaces.
Bulk Uploading Inventory By Spreadsheet
Ongoing updates are easy to upload using a spreadsheet, and that is the method we use after we upload your products to Walmart Marketplace (with our Walmart Marketplace Bulk Product Uploading Service). We can even create an inventory file for you so that you're ready to make edits and upload quickly. When in Walmart Seller Center, head over to the left navigation and click "Bulk Inventory Updates." The spreadsheet that Walmart allows you to download is a simple two header file where you have "SKU*" and "New Quantity*" columns.

Submitting Bulk Inventory File In Walmart Seller Center
Once your file is ready with SKU and the Inventory Level, you can drop the file into the Bulk Inventory Updates area and hit submit. Walmart will match the SKU and add the new inventory level to that product in your account.

During Your Project With Us
If you have a project with Pelican Commerce, then we handle this process for you at the end of the uploading project. We upload your products with a 0 inventory level while they are being processed. Once they are processed, we then grab a new inventory report from Amazon, Shopify, or wherever your product source data came from, we then bulk match your inventory and upload it to Walmart Marketplace, so you're ready to push live and start selling.
