If you're migrating your customer and order transactional data from your existing website to Shopify, then there is a standard order status mapping that needs to be set. Below, in the example, you will find the default mapping we use for Shopify. IF you want the mapping different then let your project manager know and we'll make changes to the settings when we transfer the data into your Shopify store.
